Commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Violaters of the Terms of Service will be blacklisted.
I reserve the right to edit at any time.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.✦▭✧◦Application and payment◦✧▭✦- The client is clarified, the cost of the commissions will vary in their national currency, this will depend on the current value of the dollar, they are asked to convert it correctly when making the payment.- Please keep visual references when making your request, in addition to a clear explanation of what you want in your commission, I will maintain constant contact, any changes or suggestions so that your piece is to your liking will be consulted during this same process.- Drawings with NSFW or +18 content will be allowed as long as I agree with the request, that is, before starting any type of prior payment, I must know the request that you want to commission, in this way, I will evaluate if I can or don't make the drawing.✦▭✧◦Process and monitoring◦✧▭✦- The client will be given a waiting time for the delivery of the product of 2 or 3 business weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece, the waiting time may be shorter. As an artist, I will have the responsibility of giving prior notice of whether the piece will take a little more or less time to be delivered, as well as to give progress on the commission. If you need it on a specific date, please discuss it with me in advance.- Changes to the drawing can be made while still in the sketch stage, however, these changes will not be possible if the piece is already in the process of adding color, as an artist, however, in case of making any radical changes to it (color palette, character position, etc.) will be consulted beforehand.-If there is a delay with the piece, the client will be given an extra headshot position drawing of the same style requested (This will clearly have no cost to the client)- My work time and space must be respected, this means that I will not respond to insistent messages about the drawing process, otherwise I will reserve the right not to continue with the piece and in any case make a refund of part of the payment for the work already done (50% refund can be made).✦▭✧◦Copyright◦✧▭✦- According to the pieces, ALL of them will have my signature without exception, no copyright will be transferred, nor should my signature be deleted.-I reserve the right to use the piece made as part of my portfolio which means that I will be able to publish it on my social networks, however, if you client prefers that your commission be private, you can also inform me about it.-You can publish and use the piece for personal use, always keeping the signature and mentioning the credits corresponding to me as the artist.
